Retail Customers
Refund/Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchase from Events by Julia Pty Ltd, you may return it within 14 days of the original invoice date for a full credit or refund.
The item must be returned in the same condition as purchased no marking, hi-lighting, stickers or stamps and be suitable for resale. If the item was shipped shrink-wrapped, the item must be returned with the shrink wrap attached. All products must be in the original packaging - shrink-wrapped. All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
To ensure a fast and accurate processing of your return, please enclose the remittance or shipping copy of the original invoice, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Damaged of Faulty Goods
Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and product. Please send us an email requesting a Return Advice Number (RA Number) before returning suspected damaged items.. If this is not possible, we will pay postage cost for return of goods to Events by Julia, upon arrival.
After 30 days has elapsed from date of supply, suspected faulty goods are to be returned at the customer's expense.
When we receive the item we will either:
- replace the damage goods and pay you for return postage or
- we will refund your original invoice plus the return postage expense; whichever you prefer.
- We cannot issue a credit or replace damaged items unless the goods are returned to Events by Julia Pty Ltd
Disputes
Special Orders
Events by Julia Pty Ltd will not refund deposits or monies paid where we have placed special orders on our suppliers. Our normal terms and conditions require these orders to be paid in full prior to us placing orders on our suppliers.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website and/or purchase of products from Events by Julia Pty Ltd is subject to the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia and the commonwealth Trade Practices Act (1974).

Terms and Conditions
- Full payment for purchases must be made prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing by Events by Julia Pty Ltd.
- Delivery will be at the purchasers expense unless agreed in writing by Events by Julia Pty Ltd.
- Freight is free within Australia on order over $1,100.00 inc. GST.
- Events by Julia Pty Ltd will not refund deposits or monies paid where we have placed special orders on our suppliers. Our normal terms and conditions require these orders to be paid in full prior to us placing orders on our suppliers. Where additional or extraordinary costs have been incurred, these will be invoiced to the customer at actual cost plus 10%.
- Events by Julia Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries comply in full with the Fair Trading Act of Victoria and where any dispute arises, are subject to the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia and the commonwealth Trade Practices Act (1974).

Warranty Returns
- We do not accept any product returns unless the purchased products are found to be defective.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, freight back to Events by Julia is the responsibility of the purchaser. Events by Julia will pay freight on the return of replacement goods to the customer.
- Defective items will be replaced for our stock where available; otherwise Events by Julia Pty Ltd will issue a credit note to the customer.
- The period of warranty is 90 days from the date of delivery into the customer’s store. Claims outside of this time will be processed by Events by Julia Pty Ltd entirely at its own discretion.
